What I Offer

I offer a thirty minute free introductory session. This is an opportunity for us both to ascertain if we wish to continue to work together. Paid sessions are one hourly. I recommend we meet weekly with an initial agreement of 6 sessions before review.

By working together my objective is to provide opportunity for you to live in a more satisfying and resourceful way. I aim to provide a professional and personalized service to enhance the quality of life and satisfaction of each person I work with.

Through Counselling the objective is to explore various aspects of your life in order to facilitate and enable choice and change. People will attend for psychotherapy for varying lengths of time, dependent upon their requirements.
